During interviews I learned that some people enjoy attention and questioning because it causes them to think deeper about a situation that means something to them. Sometimes the person being interviewed can also learn something rather than just the person asking the questions. I also learned that when asking a question, you won't always get what you expected. Depending on perspectives, people view and answer the same question differently. It's a great thing to see people take on a question in a different way because then it gives so many more aspects to write on.

One fact I learned to do during an interview is take short notes so you don't have to keep your eyes on the paper the whole time. I also learned that smiling at people make it easier, because it makes it a little less stressful/tense.

This article is about students of student-run newspapers. They are in charge of their own work and responsible for what they write. People such as school administrators have no power over what students write, which is a fantastic thing. This victory happened in Washington, July 27, 2011. The students have complete power over what they write because if it is censored, it violates their First Amendment rights.
