Journalism I Final Exam Article
Information List:
(All areas must be filled out and turned in 1 day prior to the final exam period). You will bring your information on the final exam day. You will be given the entire period to write your article. The Information List is worth 50% of your final exam grade. You may write on this sheet and/ or include an attachment)
1: Topic:
2: Indicate the specific angle for your topic
3. List the people you intend to interview, and list the reason for their importance after their name. You must include their names and information for attribution. (You must complete 5 different interviews)
4. Background information on your topic (Organize and use complete sentences
5. Create 5 general interview questions
6. Create 6 Specific questions for each person being interviewed- three of these may NOT be repeated. These questions must be answered.
7. List resources / people that can help you find background information on your topic
8. Include your detailed notes, background information, statistics, etc.
9. Incorporate a direct, partial and paraphrased quote in this article. Please list them.
10. Using the Inverted Pyramid format, create an outline for your article.
(This should be completed using full sentences and specific examples. Your quotes should be selected)
