Goal: Students will review key elements to making surveys and collecting data
Students will learn to incorporate the data into their articles.
Wednesday: Students will watch a PowerPoint on conducting surveys
Thursday, 2/18: Begin the survey process
1. Students will begin their outlines and rough drafts
2. Students will create and conduct their surveys (200 total)
3. Students will utilize statistical information in their articles
Thursday, 2/18: All surveys are due (100 pts) ; Students will work on their rough drafts
Thursday, 2/18: Students will complete and turn in their rough drafts
Monday, 2/22- Students will complete surveys, interviews, research and rough drafts
**There will be checks for points throughout the week
