I read the article "Sales Are Booming for Clinical Strenght Diet Pill" on page 4A.
The first paragraph pretty much tells you what the whole article is about. In the second paragraph, contained a quote from the person who invented the pill. I don't think it follows the inverted pyramid very well.

The lead explains the article by telling how a man who was wanted in a shooting sexually assulted a woman while her two sons were sleeping in the same room, then shot her uncle who went to see what the commotion was about. The second paragraph explains the lead by going into further detail and telling exactly who was involved. The article follows the inverted pyramid, and I didn't need to read the whole article to understand what was going on.

Eagles give game to Bills via five costly turnovers on page 1B, show how the so called "dream team" (Eagles)was dismantled on sunday against the Bills. Quarterback Michael Vick threw 4 interceptions and Bills Halfback Fred Jackson combined for 196 yards. That explains most of the game. All of this in in the 2nd and 3rd paragraph which makes it very easy to read.

I sometimes wonder what is going through societies minds when this like this occur. It's crazy and like the article says, it's becoming way "too common." In my opinion there is absolutely no reason to ever take the life of another. Violence is not the answer for anyting. It's never an excuse. To me, murderers deserve life in prison, no exceptions.

For some reason, I'm not at all shocked that Annette Morales-Rodriguez murdered the pregnant mother and cut the fetus out. It's disgusting and abnormal. But that's what society is coming to today. No one cares about the feelings of others. Its about what each individual wants and they will do what they need to do, to please themselves. It's disappointing but not suprising.

I think that the squealing of tires is a petty reason to pull someone over. Granted, if the police officer suspected drug use before pulling her over, then that should've been his reasoning. Not because she squealed her tires at a stop sign. Some things that police do these days is getting a little out of hand. I feel as though, they sit at each corner attempting to scope out one single thing that someone is doing wrong.
